Role Summary

Work collaboratively with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to standardize corporate global compensation strategies to improve internal equity, market competitiveness, and the overall impact on the business.

An individual contributor with excellent communication, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills are needed to succeed.

What You Will Do

  • Lead internal / external market analysis including assessment of surveys for America's region to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation surveys and ensure competitive pay practices are maintained.
  • Process management of global merit, bonus, and equity cycles including budget modeling, systems updates / changes, training, reporting, and support of approval process.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training / communications on a variety of compensation programs, including global job families and levels, salary planning, and bonus / incentive plans.
  • Provide consultation and analytical support to HRBPs and the business on retention strategies, incentive plans, spot awards, and various project / milestone bonus programs as needed.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
  • Utilize the various tools that support global compensation programs and initiatives, and work with HRIS to align systems with compensation needs in support of the technology roadmap.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant compensation experience
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation best practices
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, or Survey management tools (Pay Factors) is a plus.
  • A demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along, and drive change throughout the organization.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relentless focus on quality and accuracy.

In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $91,000 to $151,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
