Job description

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of our dental office and clinic. Their role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice and providing support to our dental professionals.

Administrative Management

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and office personnel.
  • Implement and facilitate office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling to ensure efficient use of dental professionals’ time.

Financial Management

  • Oversee billing and insurance processing to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
  • Assist in budget development and financial reporting.
  • Patient Relations

  • Implement and maintain excellent customer service standards for patients.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Oversee patient communication and education initiatives.
  • Facility Management

  • Manage the procurement and maintenance of dental equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment within the dental office.
  • Information Technology

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic health records and dental practice management software.
  • Coordinate IT support for any hardware or software issues.
  • Marketing and Community Outreach :

  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the dental practice and attract new patients.
  • Engage in community outreach activities to enhance the practice’s visibility within the community.
  • Dental Professional Support

  • Facilitate communication between dental professionals and support staff.
  • Ensure dental professionals have the necessary resources and support for providing quality patient care.
  • Strategic Planning

  • Work with dental professionals and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for the practice.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications :

    Our team is open to candidates from a diverse background including but not limited to : Customer Service, Account Management and Sales, Professional Services, Operations, and Medical Practices.

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).

    Experience : Relevant work experience of 3-5 years.
