Finance Intern - Summer 2026

Finance Intern Internship Overview As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoicing teams.

You’ll be exposed to core financial processes, transactional workflows, and day-to-day accounting operations that keep the business running.

You’ll work with our finance team and help with the Finance ERP Implementation project, gaining skills to support business decisions.

Location : Cambridge, ON Term :   May 2026 - August 2026 Compensation : This internship is a paid position.

Your Day to Day Support Accounts Payable by assisting with invoice entry and payment preparation.

Assist Accounts Receivable with payment posting and customer statements.

Help maintain accurate invoice documentation and support billing-related tasks.

Conduct basic reconciliations, including reviewing GL details and verifying supporting information.

Provide general operational support across the Finance team to help ensure continuity of daily activities.

Take on additional tasks as needed to support workflow stability and process efficiency.

What We're Looking For : Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or a related field.

Must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs and be comfortable using virtual meeting platforms.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, while ensuring attention to detail.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
