Director, Technical Program Manager – MarTech & AEM Cloud
The company is on a digital transformation journey and this role will work cross-functionally with multiple segments as well as strategic vendors to shape the technology needed to enable an improved customer experience. The position is well-suited for someone who has a strong technical understanding of the Adobe suite, understands the importance of streamlined domain management, enjoys stakeholder and change management, and can navigate independently through a matrix organization. What is in it for you :
- Salaried : $100 to $125 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate : $125 to $150 per hour.
- 9-month contract
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Hybrid work : 3 office days.
Responsibilities :
Program managing the scope, timeline, and resources related to technical outcomes as part of a global digital transformation programManages and coordinates technical sub-workstreams through all phases of initiation, development, and implementationInterfacing with internal stakeholders between IT and Marketing, and external vendor experts to define a detailed delivery roadmap in 2025 and beyondActively contributing to program RAID logs, developing analysis and forming recommendations on mitigating actions, and supporting the resolution of risks and issuesPreparing workstream updates for an executive audienceProactively identifying areas of improvement across delivery processes, technical architecture, with proposed recommendations for management discussionsProviding effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and managementIdentifying technical resource needs for the program and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team membersUnderstands nature of impact and creates lessons learned for future delivery of technical outcomesWorks with other technical delivery leads to follow documentation best practices and sharing of technical expertiseSees the big picture and has a vision for alternative approaches to getting the job doneWhat you will need to succeed :
Post-secondary degree and / or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent program.8–10 years of program / project management experience in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environment.Demonstrated professional experience in Adobe Experience Manager program delivery, change management, and program management.Experience integrating business and technology teams.Experienced in working with non-local team members from other global regions.Business acumen to work seamlessly with non-technical stakeholders.Remains current with emerging digital and marketing technologies.High level of proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other program management tools.Strong influencing and collaboration skills.Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business- and value-focused language.Communicates clearly and consistently, keeping stakeholders well-informed of progress and challenges.Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.Keen attention to detail.Comfortable assisting with administrative and reporting tasks as needed.Why Recruit Action?
