In the role of Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of extraordinary customer interactions. Representing our distinguished client, TELUS Communications , you will bring their offerings directly to the public.

Availability- Full Time (Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm).

Location- Edmonton, AB

Your role involves :

• Sales Expertise : Develop convincing pitches and engage customers through direct interactions and events.
• Issue Resolution : Handle customer inquiries, resolve problems, and ensure thorough follow-up.
• Tailored Solutions : Analyze customer needs and offer personalized solutions that leave a positive impression.
• Data Management : Maintain our customer database accurately and with attention to detail.
