Join Our Vibrant Team in Victoria!
About Us : Since our doors opened in December 2017, we’ve cultivated a fun, cohesive, and open-minded clinic culture. Nestled in the heart of the Dockside Green community, we’ve built a stellar reputation for our inclusive and empowering environment.
Who We Are : Our team is a dynamic mix of physiotherapists (including our owner-physios) and a virtual dietitian. We also have a fantastic network of healthcare providers across the city, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
As such, you’ll never feel pressured to keep referrals in-house.
What We Offer : Our PTs are skilled in manual and manipulative therapy, therapeutic exercise, pelvic health, chronic pain, concussion rehab, vestibular therapy, and bike fitting.
We’re all about growth, so mentorship in these areas is available to help you level up your skills. We’d also love to make a roadmap to plan out where you want to go with your career!
Our Philosophy : We believe in making meaningful connections with our clients and community. Achieving great results and building resilience is key to maintaining a caseload, not seeing clients 2-3 times a week for months .
We value objective data and metrics but don’t believe in micromanaging or overwhelming you with numbers.
Life in YYJ : Victoria is an active city where people are passionate about improving their physical health and overcoming injuries.
We see ourselves as physical rehabilitation coaches, helping our clients stay active and confident, even when faced with pain or injury.
Why Join Us : If you’re passionate about empowering clients and fostering lasting relationships, we’d love to chat! We’re looking for someone who shares our vision and is excited to be part of a supportive and creative team.
