Overview of the role :

Your Portfolio:

• Strategic mandates in Information Technology (IT) Engineering Finance and other corporate functions based on priorities.

• Close collaboration with managers to understand business challenges and influence recruitment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex mandates and provide strategic advice to managers.

• Define and implement innovative talent attraction strategies for specialized profiles.

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for critical positions.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects including:

• Process and tool optimization

• Act as an ambassador for the Saputo brand and promote an exceptional candidate experience.

• Actively participate in job fairs and recruitment initiatives to promote Saputos employer brand.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition including experience with strategic or specialized roles.

• Expertise in IT recruitment and solid knowledge of corporate and technical functions.

• Ability to influence and advise senior-level managers.

• Curiosity agility and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.

• Proficiency with tools: LinkedIn Recruiter Microsoft Office ATS (Workday).

• Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.

• Bilingual in French and English is required to communicate effectively with team members and partners across Canada.

• Results-oriented autonomous and innovative.

Salary: 78170$ - $102600$

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.
