currently seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Advisory Representative, based in our Toronto, ON office or Montreal, QC.
This role plays a crucial part in revenue processing and client premium remittance, providing essential inputs for revenue reporting and department forecasting.
It also serves as an excellent starting point for a career in credit specialties, offering opportunities to learn about our products and procedures.
Training for this role will involve a combination of department-specific instruction and close mentoring with supervisors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform revenue processing accurately and efficiently.
- Support data entry into credit specialty systems and platforms.
- Ensure the timely and precise submission of quotes, binders, policies, and carrier documents.
Requirements :
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office-based environment, with preference given to candidates with insurance industry experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
- Highly engaging personality with a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent attention to detail and collaborative skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience with SAP or other accounting software.
- Background in the insurance industry.
