Status : Full‑time

Schedule :

Day shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (2 candidates needed)
Night shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (1 candidate needed)

Salary : $21 per hour

Your missions

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (plumbing, electricity, HVAC, heating, safety systems).

Troubleshoot and repair issues reported by guests or identified during inspections.

Carry out minor renovation work (painting, small repairs, flooring).

Monitor and maintain ventilation, filtration, and technical installations.

Ensure the proper functioning of appliances and kitchen equipment.

Manage maintenance requests through the internal system and coordinate with other departments.

Comply with safety standards and regulations.

Maintain inventory of spare parts and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Your profile

Vocational diploma (DEP) in building mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field (an asset).

Previous general maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electricity, heating, HVAC, and safety systems.

Autonomous, rigorous, and a strong team player.

Problem‑solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and respect for deadlines.

Availability to work flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
