Job Overview : We are hiring a Secondary IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical assistance at a corporate office in Vancouver. This role is ideal for an IT professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities : - Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for employees on-site

Log, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents and service requests
Work closely with the Primary Technician and step in during their absence
Ensure IT issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
Circulate within the office to provide proactive IT assistance
Maintain strong customer service and technical documentation

What We’re Looking For : - Technical Skills : Strong IT troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

Communication : Excellent interpersonal & customer service abilities

Independence : Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision

Experience : Previous IT support experience preferred

Availability : Must be able to work Wednesdays (10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM)

Job Type : Part-time Pay : $21.00 per hour

Expected hours : 4 per week
