You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a Parts Processor ! As a Parts Processor , you will be responsible for parts pick up, receiving, shipping, maintenance of stocking inventory, fulfilling part requests and processing core returns to vendors.

Availability Requirements :

Monday to Friday with flexibility to work overtime on Saturdays

What you’ll do as a Parts Processor

Parts Receiving / Shipping / Fulfillment : Will be using an Oracle application (Clarify SMART) for receiving process of inventory items and able to create bin location for stock put away.

Being able to report on shipment discrepancies if applicable and escalate to vendors as required. Ensures that bin locations are created for put away within set timeframe, able to fulfill parts requests and prepare shipment for outbound as required.

Parts Inventory : Ensures the parts are maintained properly in SMART and being able to report discrepancies and request for correction as required.

Work with Parts Department to fulfill fluctuating business demands for receiving, shipping and core pick up and returns.

Administration : Completes all paperwork and documentation required thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner. Exercises care in avoiding errors and rework and pays attention to details.

Accurately enters appropriate data into the computer system, as required. Maintains paperwork in an organized fashion for easy retrieval and reference.

What we’re looking for :

• Minimum of 2 years related experience working in Parts Processing at a high level of competency in receiving, shipping & billing procedures, and parts ordering
• Must be able to gather data from variety of sources and analysis the data to monitor and support tends and upcoming change
• High proficiency of Excel and MS Office based programs
• Able to lift upto 50 lbs
