Role Overview

The File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for performing the full range of duties professionally, accurately, and timely. The Clerk will provide exceptional customer service, foster loyalty, meet customer needs, and contribute to an engaging environment for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, SOPs, Health and Safety policies, and other initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of policies and procedures.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and presentable.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay updated on product changes and seasonal requirements.
• Use computer applications and pricing programs to input data and activate price changes.
• Monitor and update discontinued and deleted items.
• Verify shelf tags, computer files, warehouse prices, and order books for accuracy.
• Review daily price change printouts and reconcile batches.
• Import data from the file server, verify changes, and transfer to POS.
• Create and display shelf labels, signage, and displays per standards.
• Prepare and forward item reports to relevant departments.
• Train junior staff as needed.
