Role : Production Support Analyst
Work Type : 100% Remote
Primary Skill : Java application Production support / DEVOPS CI / CD
Primary Responsibilities (RUN-Focused)
The resource will be accountable for operational stability and support, including :
- Monitoring system health and responding to production alerts and incidents
- Frontline incident triage and resolution using ServiceNow
- Participation in an established on-call rotation during business-critical periods
- Weekly fix, maintenance, and patch testing and validation
- Application and API certificate monitoring, renewal, and validation
- Participation in disaster recovery (DR) testing and exercises
- Coordination with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintaining operational documentation and runbooks

Secondary Responsibilities (Build & Automation Support)
As operational stability allows, the engineer may also assist with :
Minor development tasks and automation scriptingSupporting and troubleshooting existing API integrationsCI / CD support activities under guidance (not pipeline ownership)Configuration updates and deployment supportSupporting vendor-provided SaaS platforms in a hybrid build / run model________________________________________
Required Skills and Experience (Must-Have)
1–3 years of experience in application engineering, software development, or DevOpsDemonstrated ability to support production applications with minimal oversightStrong proficiency in incident
