Job Description
So, what will your new role look like? As a Customer Advocacy Marketer for ShareGate, you’ll be at the forefront of amplifying customer success and transforming it into powerful storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll partner directly with our users to uncover their wins, craft compelling narratives, and build impactful advocacy programs that support awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty. Responsibilities
What does your future team look like?
You’ll report to the Manager, Customer Marketing – ShareGate and work alongside a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Together, you’ll be part of a small but mighty team focused on ShareGate’s customer lifecycle and advocacy. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to help fuel customer success and long-term growth.
