Business Analyst – TEKsystems

Contract position, part‑time, fully remote. Location: Ottawa, ON. Pay: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour.

Scope of Work

• Migration of forms into ServiceNow CSM.
• Implementing user interface.
• Existing SharePoint platform remains the system of record.
• ServiceNow CSM will be the system of action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a network engineer, with core protocols: TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
• Experience with network security: DNSSEC, secure DNS practices, basic firewall/ACL concepts.
• Experience in discovery and monitoring using SNMP, LLDP, and network performance tools.
• Experience in cloud integration: networking within VMware, OpenShift and OpenStack environments.
• Minimum of one 6‑month project focused on designing, implementing and managing DDI/IPAM solutions (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
• Minimum of one 6‑month project focused on developing API integrations for IPAM/DDI platforms such as BlueCat, Infoblox or Cigna Lab.
• Minimum of one 6‑month project focused on building data pipelines for extracting, transforming and loading IP address data into analytics platforms.

Security Clearance

Reliability Clearance (federal security clearance level required).
