Position : Customer Service Order Representative – Fashion

Location : Saint-Laurent

Salary : Up to $48K, based on experience

Schedule : Hybrid, 3 days in office

Do you have experience with answering customer calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor? Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions? Guiding customers with in-depth product knowledge, leading them to perfect purchases? Keeping customers informed on shipment statuses, alleviating any anxieties and navigating billing details with precision, resolving questions confidently?

We are seeking you :

At least 2 years experience in customer service, handling product information phone calls

Bilingualism to support customers outside of Quebec

Minimum completed High School Diploma

Knowledge of working with computers

Main Responsibilities :

Respond to customer calls and take orders

Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries

Advise customers on products

Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed

Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude

Executing any additional tasks related to Customer Service
