Position Overview :

Finning is currently looking for a Warehouseperson who will be responsible for general shipping / receiving and warehousing duties at our Regional Distribution Centre in Surrey.

Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities :

Basic Functions :

Warehouse / Yard cleanup and organization

Assist service technicians as required

General cleaning

General painting

General yard maintenance

Related duties as assigned

• Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and / or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement

Qualifications :

Completion of grade 12

Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills

Detail orientation capable of working under minimal supervision

Computer literacy and previous Warehouse / Yard Maintenance experience would be an asset

Previous parts warehousing and / or heavy equipment experience would be considered an asset.

A strong commitment to safety is imperative
