Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing crucial administrative support to various departments. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and excel in organizational tasks, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office activities, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics to ensure efficient team operations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
• Maintain and organize filing systems and company records for easy accessibility.
• Support leadership and team members with administrative tasks as required.
• Facilitate internal communications and assist in planning team events.
• Identify and implement improvements to office processes and workflows.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and attentive responses.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accuracy in company databases.
• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners for document processing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and accounting software is an asset.
• Customer service experience and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
