We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our Port Coquitlam facility. This role focuses on food safety, health and safety, product quality, cost reduction, and operational improvement, while collaborating with regional teams and other functional groups.
Salary: $145,245 - $181,555
Salary is determined on combination of experience and education.

How you will make contributions that matter
- Oversee daily plant operations to meet quality and food safety standards.
- Drive health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and implement corrective actions.
- Foster strong team relationships and develop staff through training and coaching.
- Maintain open communication on policies and programs.
- Share expertise in food safety and operational planning.
- Ensure fair and consistent administration of company policies.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of plant management experience in food/dairy processing (unionized environment an asset).
- Proven track record in safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of business principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation).
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements.
- Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and team‑building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
