What you’ll do :

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival; lead them through the check-in process in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer and make phone calls with a polished, service-centric tone; schedule appointments, answer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up
• Support our vehicle appraisal and buying process by ensuring customers feel comfortable, informed and valued
• Act as a liaison between guests and our buying / operations team—making sure communication is clear, timely and positive
• Keep the front-of-house / reception area organized, inviting and functioning smoothly
• Conduct follow-up phone calls or emails to ensure guest satisfaction, answer questions, and capture feedback
• Uphold the brand’s professional appearance and hospitality standards in every interaction
