Tâches

  • Conduire des chariots, des camions ou des contenants de fibres d'un poste de travail à un autre
  • Conduire diverses machines servant à blanchir, à teindre, à apprêter ou à finir les tissus, les fils, les filés ou d'autres produits textiles
  • Aviser le surveillant ou le mécanicien du mauvais fonctionnement du matériel
  • Examiner les produits pour déceler les défauts afin de garantir le respect des normes de qualité
  • Nettoyer les machines et les aires de travail
  • Conduire et alimenter diverses machines
  • Régler, aider à l'entretien et faire des réparations mineures des machines
  • Aider les opérateurs de machines et les autres travailleurs du textile
