About this role :
At Compass ELC, you will work as an Administrative Culture Lead alongside some of the industry's most passionate, caring, and dedicated educators. You will spend your time engaging, connecting, and learning alongside children, families, community partners and co-workers. You will support the administrative and licensing requirements within the program in support of the Operations, Human Relations, and Finance teams. You will model and grow a perspective of equity and strive for a deeper understanding of cultural awareness.
These positions will be hours per week, Monday to Friday. You must be available from am to pm every Monday to Friday. Hours will be determined to meet the needs of the program.
