Job Description :

Seronda Network We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone.

Our Call Center Agents play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed.

Skills Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly voice.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
