Job Description :

As Corporate Controller, you support the organization through targeted financial

analyses and management reports that inform and advise senior management.

Proactive by nature, you identify potential risks and contribute to timely, well-informed

decision-making.

Responsibilities :

 Plan, organize, direct, control, and rigorously evaluate the entire accounting

• cycle;

 Prepare financial statements and management reports, ensuring the smooth

 Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process, perform analyses, and

 Define, implement, and ensure compliance with risk management procedures,

internal controls, and continuous improvement of processes and information

 Inform and advise management on any critical trends related to financial

 Perform ad hoc financial analyses at management’s request.

Required Skills and Profile :

 Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, accuracy, and results- and deadline-

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted

 Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to frame decisions from a

 Knowledge of and Canadian capital markets requirements.
