The Les Jardins Champfleury residence, located in the Maizeret district of Limoilou, offers a friendly working environment, a warm atmosphere and an excellent quality of life! We are currently looking for someone to fill a full-time position to assist our chef in preparing meals for residents. High volume experience is an asset. The residence is very well served by public transport, otherwise parking is free. Stable schedule and shifts that always end early. Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime with every other weekend from 6 to 6 Salary: from $ (to be discussed depending on experience) Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
• When appropriate, collaborate with the chef in the creation of the menus by proposing ideas
• Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen
• Assemble plates of food
• Plan and cook meals in accordance with the appropriate methods and standards
• Peel and cut vegetables for meals

Required qualifications :

• Training certification (MAPAQ)
• A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
