Production Workers required in Markham for metal manufacturing company.

Overnight shifts starting at $19 / hr. plus premium.

Position : Production Worker - Pickle Room $19 plus premium

Entry level position
Night Shifts
Markham Area

If you are a hardworking and committed worker, experienced with manufacturing of steel tubing; you will be interested in this full-time position in the Markham area.

The Company

Our client is a top leader with many years’ of experience in manufacturing of custom tubing components.

Position Summary

Assist other workers by putting stainless steel tubing into a cleansing solution

You will also be responsible for washing off residue

You will need to check that quality meets all product expectations according to specific work orders

Complete production logs and reports as required

Monitor by regular and routine inspections

Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrates responsibility, initiative and good attitude

Must be detail oriented and a perfectionist

Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot on the bench by being aware of deficiencies

Able to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and supervisors

Heavy lifting up to 40lbs

Working Environment

Manufacturing environment

Hot, noisy environment

Steel toed safety shoes, and all personal protective equipment
