Graphic Design Specialist (Brand & Paid Ads)
Tripshepherd and See Sight Tours are looking for a Graphic Design Specialist (Brand & Paid Ads) to own the visual execution of our brand across paid advertising, digital touchpoints, and real‑world experiences.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for a designer who understands how creative impacts performance. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our brand looks and feels — from high‑performing paid ads to tour guide uniforms, merchandise, signage, and family‑friendly brand assets.
You’ll work closely with the Growth team to ensure our visuals not only look great but also drive bookings, build trust, and create memorable experiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Paid Ads & Performance Creative
- Design static and light‑motion creative for paid ads across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Create and iterate ad creative based on performance data and testing results
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to test hooks, formats, and visuals
- Design thumbnails, overlays, and supporting creative for video ads
Digital Brand & Website Assets
Design visual assets for landing pages, funnels, and promotionsSupport conversion‑focused design initiatives in collaboration with the CRO SpecialistEnsure brand consistency across all digital customer touchpointsBrand & Physical Experience
Design and maintain visual assets for tour guide uniforms (polos, jackets, hats)Create merchandise, signage, and print materials used across tours and locationsEnsure consistent application of brand colours, typography, and visual standardsBrand World‑Building & Family Experience
Support the design and evolution of brand mascotsCreate kid‑friendly brand materials such as colouring books, activity sheets, and fun tour assetsContribute to visual storytelling that enhances the overall customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a brand, ecommerce, or performance‑driven environmentA strong portfolio showcasing paid ad creative, brand systems, and real‑world applicationsProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar toolsStrong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and conversion‑focused designAbility to move quickly, take feedback, and iterate in a fast‑paced environmentExperience designing for both digital and print / physical assets is a strong assetNice to Have
Basic motion or animation experience (After Effects, Canva animations, etc.)Experience working with travel, lifestyle, or consumer brandsWhat Success Looks Like in This Role
