Summary : Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goal, including the interior and exterior of the building and all areas related to day‑to‑day function. It oversees outside contracts and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structure
• Perform property and unit inspections
• Maintain the property curb appeal and general cleanliness
• Schedule and maintain Make‑Ready Board
• Purchase materials and manage budget
• Ensure that maintenance teams deliver safe, decent, and sanitary housing to all residents
