What youll do
- Manage and forecast an annual budget across both capital and operational portfolios
- Coordinate with field teams and partner with vendor contractors across Quebec Ontario and Manitoba to schedule and execute maintenance repair and upgrade work at wireless sites
- Prioritize and action high-impact projects from a larger portfolio of opportunities balancing urgent reactive needs with strategic proactive initiatives
- Track financial performance on a monthly and quarterly basis identifying risks early and developing mitigation plans to absorb unplanned costs
- Collaborate with the implementation team Terrion entity and other key stakeholders to resolve site maintenance responsibilities and ensure seamless network operations
- Analyze historical spend data to identify patterns and opportunities such as replacing frequently failing equipment rather than continuing costly repairs
- Communicate in French and English with internal team members vendors and partners across Eastern Canada to ensure effective coordination and execution
What you bring
Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or related fields5 years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing budgets in the range of $5-15 million annually3 years of financial management experience including forecasting variance tracking and budget planningFluency in French and English to effectively communicate with team members vendors and partners across Quebec Ontario and ManitobaProven ability to forecast annual spend based on both known commitments and emerging circumstancesStrong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple projects and financial commitments simultaneouslyStrategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and shifting from reactive to proactive problem-solvingExperience collaborating across multiple teams and building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersGreat-to-haves
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or similar project management certificationAccounting certification or degree in finance business administration or related fieldExperience with AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency in financial tracking and reportingIntermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients suppliers candidates external partners etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues internal partners stakeholders etc.) as part of this positions main responsibilities given its national scope. # LI-Remote
