About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Part-Time Order Processing Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Processing : Receive and review incoming customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness.
- Enter orders into our order management system.
- Update customers on order status and any potential delays.
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping information.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
