Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This role provides front desk and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective office communication. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage courier shipments, visitor logs, calls, and security passes.
• Coordinate boardroom bookings and maintain equipment.
• Perform general administrative duties (typing, filing, photocopying, mail preparation).
• Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
• Handle information requests while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support an organized and efficient office environment.
