Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential leads through calls emails and online channels building meaningful relationships from the first interaction.
  • Conduct consultative high-value sales conversations to understand client goals needs and aspirations.
  • Qualify and guide potential clients toward premium programs and services that truly transform their results.
  • Mentor and support clients helping them achieve meaningful measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales ideally in coaching consulting or professional services.
  • Exceptional communication listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and autonomy.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Passion for leadership mentoring and making a meaningful impact.
