What’s this role about?
By being part of Auvik’s IT team, you’ll help implement, maintain, administer, and support internal IT infrastructure such as network, hardware, and end-user systems and software.
What will I be doing?
As a champion for enabling employees through technology at Auvik, these are a few of the things you’ll do :
Ensure all IT devices and systems are in working order to optimize operationsProvide best in class customer service for user support requestsWork with Auvik’s outsourced managed service providersComplete new device setup & deliveryHandle hardware troubleshooting and repairsDocument new and existing IT processes and proceduresHelp update and patch endpointsTake part in additional projects as requiredMaintain Auvik's IT Asset InventoryAlign with the Security team on best practicesWhat are we looking for?
Advanced Google Workspace knowledgeOkta or similar Identity Provider experiencePrevious Ticketing System management experience in a corporate environmentExperience providing remote IT supportAn expert on Apple Mac hardware & softwareProven customer serviceVersed in AI fundamentals and a good understanding of current offerings (OpenAI, Gemini, etc)Location note : Auvik is a fully remote company. For this role, we are looking for someone located near the Waterloo region, as there is occasional in-person collaboration with our MSP - typically once per quarter.Are there bonus points?
