Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day human resources including recruitment, hiring, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, compensation administration and compliance.
- Promote and foster positive work culture and culture of safety.
- Provide human resources support to achieve operational goals, maintain talent pipeline, workforce planning and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement and develop human resources policies to achieve organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Develop training programs to improve leadership skills, capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage union negotiations and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Qualifications :
A post-secondary degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is required, with a preference for a master’s degree.CPHR designation an asset.10+ years’ human resources experience within a food production or manufacturing environment, with 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and managing union negotiations and labour relations.Collaborative with excellent leadership skills and ability to align team on vision and direction.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strategic, with proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Remuneration :
