Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
The Financial and Business Intelligence Analyst proactively monitors market trends, analyzes population data, and collaborate across departments to drive innovation and efficiency.
In this role, you will develop financial models to support new, modified, and existing Group and Individual Benefits plans, incorporating profitability and segmentation insights to optimize pricing and plan design.
The Analyst will map, optimize, and redesigns business processes by recommending changes to role responsibilities, staffing levels, workflows, and technologies with the goal of increasing profit margins and reducing costs.
You will conduct proactive market analysis to understand external trends and suggest corrective plans, and monitor early indicators of market shifts and recommend strategic responses.
In this role, you will perform organization and population analysis to inform Group and Individual Benefits planning and segmentation and present findings to senior leadership.
You will design and implement data collection and reporting systems to support business decisions by creating dashboards and reports. Then you would collaborate with internal stakeholders to align data insights with strategic goals.
