WHO WE NEED

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help further grow the firm’s already reputable practice. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and working closely with the Marketing Committee, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the firm’s marketing strategy, which will entail, among other responsibilities :

• Managing the firm's social media accounts and website to ensure a current and active online presence
• Creating and producing visually stimulating electronic and printed marketing materials
• Writing captivating content to promote the firm and its services
• Planning and coordinating business development and community events
• Developing and maintaining a CRM system
• Collaborating with the firm’s lawyers on profile building, client outreach and client retention
• Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies and recommending potential adjustments
• Ensuring that all initiatives are carried out in a cost-effective manner within budget
