Description :
Our client is seeking a seasoned claims professional to join their team. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of claims, from small to complex, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service throughout the process. This role is remote, however you must be located in or around the Edmonton area (within a 2 hour radius).
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate and manage claims.
- Advise clients on claim processes and dispute resolution.
- Review and analyze claims data.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers and adjusters.
