Job description

We’re expanding our real estate brokerage and looking for a full-time real estate managing broker who can help turn our entire team of real estate agents into top producers. You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training new agents, and ensuring that we meet our company goals. Compensation : 36,000 + Commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
  • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales
  • Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents
  • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards
  • Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members
  • Be sure that provincial and national real estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the agents

Qualifications :

  • Must have a managing broker’s license
  • Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
  • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and all of the provincial and national real estate laws to ensure the brokerage is in compliance
  • Extremely organized and team player
  • Full knowledge of running real estate, brokerage / compliance officer for a brokerage
  • Ability to run, full office and real estate brokerage
