Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Client Service Specialist to fill a 8-month contract. Please note this position is fully remote.

As a Client Service Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to :

Researching and documenting business issues involving workflow procedures and processes

Analyzing data to support business areas

Investigating operational related problems and inquiries

Qualifications required for Client Service Specialist include :

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

Expert experience with Excel and analysis of data in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and V-lookups
