Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the sectoral business reality and the number of operational teams, their needs and priorities;
- Support managers in the management, mobilization and development of their teams, maintaining a good working climate and performance management;
- Collaborate closely with other regional HR teams and head office as well as with HR centers of expertise (total compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development) in order to optimize the agility and fluidity of HR processes at the interior of the matrix structure;
- Provide leadership on the interpretation of human resources policies and federal legislation, identify and communicate issues and gaps to HR management;
- Advise and guide operational leaders and the HR team in matters of labor relations, working conditions, policies, procedures and the application of various labor laws;
- Supervise and supervise occupational health and safety files (prevention and compensation) in accordance with the established objectives and directions and act as a reference person for members of the HR team;
- Ensure compliance with the human resources management philosophy and implement actions supporting organizational strategies;
- Produce various statistical reports related to HR performance indicators and analyze them;
- Lead complaint investigation processes and ensure close monitoring;
- Represent the employer in various labor relations, occupational health and safety or any other human resources matters;
- Collaborate in the development of the HR sector budget;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations;Relevant experience in human resources management (7 to 10 years).;Ease of establishing strong interpersonal relationships;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Efficiency, creativity and teamwork;Fluency in English and French, oral and written;Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and knowledge of management systems, an asset;Travel between different delivery centers in your territory 20-30% of the time.Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
