Summary
This role is a multi-discipline function, encompassing activities related to project and client support. Technical Support personnel report to the Director of Sales and Contracts.
Hours of Work : 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 7 : 30 AM - 11 : 30 PM (Friday), 40 Hours Per Week

Client Support - Technical Support personnel assist clients with the following activities :
Proposal Development – As part of client support Technical Support personnel are actively involved in the proposal development process, including :
Project Support - Technical Support personnel bring the project team up to speed with details of new orders and act as a resource during execution, including :
