Description
You will own gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements. You will lead solution development, quality assurance, application management activities and release management for your application to meet business, user and stakeholder, and solution requirements and leverage vendors / suppliers to deliver.
You will coordinate with the Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Architects. You may need to sometimes individually lead POCs and development within your area.
- In this role you will work globally with a P&G technical team and business stakeholders
- You will work alongside our partner vendor to support the application to ensure it is accessible and usable to the end users
- You may sometimes be required to do application development independently or lead Proof of Concepts with new technologies
- You will handle a P&G application built in SAP S4 HANA Business Warehouse
- Within the role we are looking for someone who will continue to seek out new ways of improving the application and the user experience
- As the application has over 1000+ users of which are senior management you will need to prioritize incidents and perform bug fixes to bring them to a closure
- PCIM (Problem Change Incident Management) will be a big part of this role to ensure our BW changes do not impact our application but also wider P&G wider Finance applications
- The platform will have yearly SAP upgrades applied and you will need to help ensure these do not have any negative impact to the application itself
- Other activities such as ensuring the application is audit ready and secure will be needed throughout the application lifecycle
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors and / or Masters degree is required
- Knowledge on BW on HANA and BW Integrated Planning. Application development experience is preferred.
- Has worked on leading projects or changes in an SAP system
- Optional - Background in P&L financial concepts
