Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Location : Calgary, AB

Length : 12-Month contract to start

Rotation : Mon-Fri

Description :

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to drive operational efficiency. You will provide expert guidance on platform strategy, workflow optimization, and configuration, helping the organization maximize ServiceNow’s potential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow platform capabilities, implementation strategies, and best practices.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow solutions across various modules to meet requirements.
  • Configure applications, forms, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Conduct functional analysis, solution design, and testing for implementations.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and documentation for development teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Mentor team members on ServiceNow functionality and configuration.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, including managing ServiceNow modules and enhancements.
  • Advanced understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, workflows, business rules, and integration.
  • Technical experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB, and CSDM.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

    • Other Skills :

  • Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
