Key Responsibilities:

• Buyer Services:Understand client needs and assist in finding the perfect property.
• Seller Services:Guide sellers in pricing, marketing, staging, and negotiations.
• Market Expertise:Provide clients with insights on trends, mortgage options, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiation & Due Diligence:Negotiate offers and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other processes.
• Relationship Building:Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License: Valid Ontario real estate license or enrolled in Humber College courses.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to succeed in the competitive real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commission-based income with unlimited earning potential.
• Flexible hours and work-from-home options.

Schedule:

• Full-time, day shift with weekends as needed.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $250,000 per year, commission-based.
