Our lawyers work with charities, not-for-profits and other non-taxable entities within Canada or with Canadian organizations operating abroad. Our lawyers have experience representing clients at the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in corporate law, with a passion for supporting organizations that make a difference in our communities. This role will involve assisting our team in providing comprehensive legal support to our clients, ensuring they remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
