As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the industry revolution, spearheading sales initiatives, driving sales growth and fostering a culture of success. Your responsibilities will include :
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Greater Toronto Region.
Identify and prospect potential clients within manufacturing, including but not limited to automotive, aerospace, automation, nuclear, food, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, Defence, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers to understand their permanent and contract recruitment needs.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and differentiate our offerings.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in Advanced Manufacturing
The successful candidate MUST have experience selling Professional and Technical Recruitment Solutions, including Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations and Skilled Trades.
Strong understanding of the Greater Toronto Region market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
