Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare journal entries, financial reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Manage the annual budget and participate in quarterly forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor cash flow.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage fixed assets.
- Provide ERP training and support cross-departmental projects.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, benefits providers, and manage company-related accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience; CPA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (NetSuite), and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary between $90K – $100K, plus bonuses and profit sharing.
