As a Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you'll have the opportunity to evolve our TA strategies, programs, employer branding / recruitment marketing, processes, technologies and more!

As a passionate, client-focused professional with demonstrated subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with internal and external partners seeking to optimize how PCL attracts, sources, assesses, brings in and ultimately mobilizes the right talent who fit and add to our culture, helping us profitably grow and build a better future, together. This includes developing and executing the perfect recruitment marketing campaign, driving the most efficient and effective process, finding that great innovative new tool and implementing it, or optimizing the best candidate experience, just to name a few possibilities.
