- Develop high-quality exam content (approximately 12-15 days of effort from May 1 to June 30, 2025) including :
Writing up to 200 questions following industry standards and guidance provided
Reviewing other SME’s questions and recommending revisions as neededRevising questions as needed based on recommendations providedQualifications
Deep Knowledge of Canadian Financial Services specifically for Traders including comprehensive understanding of the regulations, markets, and key roles.Experience working in the Canadian Financial Services industry specifically, in a Trader Approved Person role.Understanding Exam Governance (structures, processes, requirements) including familiarity with sitting professional exams.Nice-to-Haves :
Experience writing high-quality, accurate exam content with a focus on competency-based assessment for the Canadian Financial Services industry.Knowledge of professional or regulatory examinations and their purpose within the context of competency-based assessments.Experience in contributing to professional or regulatory exam content.The individual must be willing to sign a Terms and Conditions Agreement which includes attesting to the following specific to the exam(s) they will be working on :You are not currently employed and / or contracted in the design, development and / or delivery of training and / or materials to prepare individuals to sit the exam(s).
