Look no further!The Jazz Drummondville residence is looking for a Rental Advisor to fill a permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week, daytime from 9 to 5 and weekends as needed. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Manage visits and negotiate rental contracts
• Prepare information packets for customers
• Prepare rental activity reports and process renewal requests on demand
• Update different administrative forms and documents
• Manage customer inquiries
• Make appointments
• Respond to residents' needs quickly and efficiently
• Prepare rental contracts
